By James Agberebi: Nigerian defender Efe Ambrose scored against his former club Celtic as Hibernian fought back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at home in their Scottish Premiership clash on Sunday.

It was Ambrose’s first goal of the season after 17 league appearances for Hibernian.

After a goalless first half, Celtic broke the deadlock thanks to Scott Sinclair on the hour mark.

Four minutes later, Sinclair scored again to make it 2-0 to Celtic.

In the 76th minute, Ambrose pulled a goal back for Hibernian to start the comeback.

And in the 79th minute, Oliver Shaw drew Hibernian level to earn his side a share of the points.

Hibernian are now fourth on 30 points in the league table, while Celtic remain top on 38 points.

He joined Celtic in 2012 before departing for Hibernian in the summer of 2017.
